Papilionanthe Taiwaniana is a medium-sized, hot-to-warm-growing epiphyte species with an erect to ascending, cylindric stem carrying straight, pointing to upwards curved, fleshy-coriaceous leaves that bloom in the summer on an axillary, long, 1 to 3-flowered inflorescence. It produces creamy white-colored star-shaped flowers with a cute maroon-designed white-colored lip.
