Psygmorchis Pusilla is also called The Tiny Erycina. It is a miniature-sized, hot to warm growing, fan-shaped, twig epiphyte, which grows up to 4-8 cm tall, with numerous, bilaterally compressed, lanceolate-subfalcate, acute, broad leaves. The flowers are the largest in the entire genus. The yellow flowers are speckled with reddish-brown spots based on the inner petals of the whorl, and on and around the lip of the lip. The rod is greenish-yellow with yellowish-white wings.
