Bulbophyllum Lemniscatoides is a miniature-sized, epiphyte with a branching rhizome giving rise to close set, smooth, ovoid, slightly flattened, shriveled with longitudinal furrows in growth, few to several angled pseudobulbs carrying 2, apical, linear-lanceoalte to elongate-oblong, obtuse, petiolate to sessile, deciduous leaves falling off as it blooms in the fall on an erect, long, rachis abruptly pendent long, many flowered inflorescence arising on a leafless, mature pseudobulb with the flowers held way above the leaf in a dense, cylindric, pendulous cluster at the apex carrying fragrant flowers subtended by small, narrow, papery bracts.
