Aerides Leeana is a small to just medium sized, monopodial, cool to hot growing epiphyte species, also called Lee's Aerides. It blooms in the spring and fall with a pendant, 40 to 115 cm long,densely-flowered inflorescence enveloped by remote, tubular, ovate sheaths and ovate, reflexed floral bracts carrying fragrant, waxy, long-lived, purple flowers.
